🍂 When ChatGPT Becomes Your Mindful Sous Chef 🍃

This time of year always feels like a stacked season — Omni’s birthday, Halloween candy, Diwali lights, my dad’s birthday, Thanksgiving prep… it’s a lot of beautiful and busy energy swirling at once. 🎆

And this week brought a few extra layers — two urgent-care visits woven into an already full calendar.
I won’t get into the details, but even for a long-time meditator, it’s been … a lot.
Moments like these remind me why I practice — and why I streamline.

So before heading to a potluck, I turned to my Streamlined Sous Strategist (aka ChatGPT 😉) to help me figure out a T2D-friendly, plant-based dish with what I already had on hand.

Within seconds, my strategist suggested a simple, nourishing combo:
🥬 kale 🥑 avocado 🍋 lemon 🌰 toasted pistachios — then reminded me to add apple cider vinegar (to help lower sugar spikes), a drizzle of coconut oil, a touch of Dijon mustard, light seasoning, and to massage it all in with intention.

Simple. Nourishing. Done.

That quick exchange reminded me that streamlining isn’t just for business — it’s for life.
