⚡Clues Don't Require Perfection
Amplify Weekly — Signals Worth Pausing For | Edition 7 | Friday May 22nd, 2026
There is a particular kind of Friday that arrives differently than the others.
This is one of them.
Before you scroll — take the 30-second poll. Then one exhale. Let's go.
⏸ Be honest — what happens to something you copied online five minutes ago?
✨ Inner Signal — The Clues Don't Require Perfection
Something worth naming this week, especially if you've been in a stretch where you meant to show up more consistently and didn't quite get there.
Intuition doesn't operate on a streak. It doesn't reward perfect attendance or punish the days the technology got in the way. The clues keep coming whether you caught all of them or not.
This week I completed a 7-day live series on YouTube on exactly this theme — the clues our intuition leaves for us when we get still enough to notice. The Clue of Presence. The Clue in Your Body. Magnetism. Emotion. The Whisper. Trust. And The Clue of Now. What emerged from those seven days — imperfect, non-consecutive, learned-in-public — was a complete map.
The teaching isn't that you have to do it perfectly. The teaching is that you have to keep coming back. Your intuition will meet you exactly where you are, as many times as you need, without judgment. It just keeps leaving clues.
When did you last come back to something you'd quietly abandoned — and find it was still waiting for you?
🤖AI Signal — Your AI Can Go Where Google Can't
Here's a story worth sitting with this week.
Ali Kelly at Social Media Examiner shared a story this week that stopped me. One of her team members had been battling a Google Drive syncing issue for over a month. Fresh reinstalls. Cache wipes. Permission resets. Nothing worked. No error message pointed to the cause. No forum thread came close.
They opened Claude Cowork, shared their screen, and simply asked Claude to investigate. Within minutes, Claude was running diagnostic commands directly on their Mac — reading system logs, inspecting app preferences, checking network extensions. No terminal knowledge required on their end. Claude found the culprit: a firewall app called LuLu, silently blocking Google Drive's outbound connections at the system level. A very specific failure signature buried in raw logs that generic advice simply couldn't have surfaced.
The takeaway: Cowork isn't just for documents and data. It can act as a hands-on technical collaborator that digs into your actual system and finds what no search engine would think to look for.
I've been learning this firsthand — and I've recently been asked to teach it. The more I use Cowork, the more I understand why. This isn't a productivity upgrade. It's a fundamentally different kind of working relationship with AI. One where the AI actually investigates alongside you instead of just answering your questions.
What problem have you been Googling in circles that might be worth handing to a real collaborator instead?
🦋 Mindfulness Signal — The Algorithm Is Finally Catching Up to What You Were Already Doing
Something is shifting inside Facebook — and even if you've written it off, this one is worth a second look.
Mari Smith flagged something this week that's worth watching — even if not everything is fully confirmed yet. Three things appeared to happen at Meta. A new standalone iOS app called Forum — reportedly built entirely around Facebook Groups, designed for deeper conversations and niche communities — quietly surfaced. I'm still investigating whether this is fully live and what it actually means, so hold this one loosely. What does appear confirmed: the algorithm is more visibly rewarding original content — real voices, real perspectives, real stories getting more reach than broadcast noise. And business pages gained the ability to initiate direct conversations through Messenger in a way they never could before.
Taken together, they point at something more significant than individual features: Meta appears to be done rewarding broadcasting and moving toward infrastructure for real community.
This matters for conscious founders — especially in an era where AI can generate infinite content and genuine human connection feels harder to find. In a world where isolation is quietly growing, even the possibility that a major platform is betting on depth, on people who actually know each other, on voices with something real to say — that's worth pausing on.
And here's what I want you to hear regardless of what Forum turns out to be: you've been building that all along. The algorithm is just now catching up.
What real community have you been quietly tending that deserves more of your attention right now?
Pause and notice: Showing up — imperfectly, consistently, with something real to say — is the signal. The clues, the collaborator, the community all follow from that.
⏸ Pause on This Tool —
Remember what you answered in that poll? This is what changes it.
This May's streamlining tool is Paste — infinite clipboard history, searchable, synced across all your devices. The quiet streamliner that runs in the background so nothing slips through.
Before we close — take one breath with me. Here's what I'm sitting with this week...
WHAT I'M PAUSING ON THIS WEEK
Last week, I set out to go live on YouTube every day for seven days. I was learning Ecamm (which I learned about through Smart Passive Income - spi) in real time, in public, on a topic that lives very close to my heart — the clues intuition leaves for us when we get quiet enough to notice.
I wasn't ready. I went anyway.
I'll be honest — I wasn't perfectly consistent. The technology had other plans on more than one day. Ecamm and I were still negotiating. But I kept coming back, and I got there — seven days, seven clues. Presence. The Body. Magnetism. Emotion. The Whisper. Trust. And finally — Now. Somewhere around Day 4, I stopped worrying about whether I was doing it right and started actually teaching.
Then Day 8 arrived — and it happened to fall on World Meditation Day. I didn't plan that. It felt like a clue.
I went live with a guided meditation. Music, intention, everything — except the audio cooperating. The music competed with my voice for the full 20 minutes. I felt it happening and couldn't fix it. I finished anyway, logged off, and sat with that particular flavor of frustration that comes from giving your best when the tech doesn't match it.
What I'm sitting with today: something real got made. Through the missed days, through the imperfect audio on the most aligned day of the series — the 7 Clues exist now. In an infographic. In recordings. In whatever landed for the people who showed up.
And those clues are becoming something in June. DM me "Surprisal" on Instagram @omni.mindfulness if you want to be first in.
Ecamm is a Mac-based live streaming and recording tool that lets you go live directly to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and more — with professional overlays, scene switching, and guest interviews built in. If you've been wanting to show up live without the tech chaos, this is the tool worth learning. I'm figuring it out in real time so you don't have to start from scratch alone.
Want to know more about how I'm using it or explore it for your own brand? Reply to this email or DM me on Instagram @omni.mindfulness — happy to share what's working.
If one signal from today stirred something — hit reply and tell me which one. I read every note.

One thing I'm un-optimizing this week: building before pausing.
P.S. Eight days of lives, one World Meditation Day, and somehow I still forgot to just ask — want to sponsor the podcast? Midroll spot, real audience, real conversation. Reply and let's figure it out.

🤍 An Authentic Conversation on Intentional Living 🤍 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and lately I’ve been reflecting on how many people are quietly carrying a growing sense of mental and emotional overload. Not only from life itself — but from the constant acceleration of the digital world. The pressure to keep up. To stay visible. To adapt faster. To always be “on.” Especially in the age of AI. This week, I joined Ashley Strong Smith on her podcast, Living an Intentional Life, for a...
