The Circle opens today at noon 🦋

Hi Reader,

One person showed up.

That's how Monday's relaunch of my Collective Consciousness Circle began.

After all the planning, promotion, and juggling that comes with building a business, I found myself confronting something I've been consciously working on through my daily meditation practice.

Expectations.

Don't misunderstand me. I was genuinely grateful to the woman who joined me.

But the experience made me reflect on something much deeper.

Years ago, while grieving the loss of my mother, I began attending lunchtime meditation sessions in a corporate meeting room.

The woman who led them probably never knew how profoundly she influenced me.

Or that she was quietly planting the seeds of an entirely different professional life.

One built around freedom, meaningful work, and eventually, my own entrepreneurial journey.

And somehow, Monday's experience brought that memory full circle.

🌿 Your One Win: Check your STATE before reacting

The next time something doesn't unfold quite as you'd hoped, try this:

  1. Pause. Notice your internal STATE. Disappointed? Frustrated? Anxious? Surprisingly calm?
  2. Separate intention from expectation. What was within your influence, and what wasn't?
  3. Choose consciously. Take one constructive next step without allowing the outcome to determine your inner peace.

It's a practice I'm finding increasingly valuable, especially while navigating the uncertainties of entrepreneurship.

Surrender doesn't mean abandoning effort. It means loosening our grip on the outcome.

But here's what stayed with me after Monday's gathering:

What if the significance of our efforts isn't always reflected in the numbers?

And what if someone who barely knows the impact they've had on us can quietly change the direction of our lives?

I wrote a personal reflection connecting two women, years apart, with my ongoing exploration of meditation, entrepreneurship, and the practice of surrender.

🦋 You're Invited to Circle! Hi there, Fall is here, and I wanted to share a quick update on what I’ve been building these past few months — and invite you to something that begins tomorrow! This past season, I piloted Amplify You™ Workshops as part of the Amplify You™ Club, helping solopreneurs build practical AI skills they can apply to their businesses through hands-on workshops, playbooks, and group coaching. I’m also preparing to expand the free Amplify You™ Masterclass. But there’s...

Hi Reader, Have you ever taken a training you barely had time to sit through? I have dozens of those — trainings I paid for in good faith, then buried under the next urgent thing. So when I realized my ChatGPT could go into my folders and pull the actual content out of every one of them into clean files I could search anytime, it felt like I'd found a loophole in time itself. I let "my extractor" 😉 run for days. "Go extract ten more." "Pull everything on this theme, I need it for a project."...
