⚡What You Encode, You Amplify
Amplify Weekly — Signals Worth Pausing For | Edition 4 | Friday April 24th, 2026
There is a particular kind of Friday that arrives differently than the others.
This is one of them.
Before you scroll — take one longer exhale. Feel your feet on the floor. This will take about three minutes.
SIGNALS WORTH PAUSING FOR
Three signals conscious founders may want on their radar this week.
✨ Inner Signal — Coherence Is a Signal, Not a State
Deborah Rozman presented at Mystics and Scientists 2026 this week — HeartMath science on stage alongside physicists and contemplatives. Her topic: Heart-Brain Harmony, Coherence, Intuition, and a Connected World. The strongest HeartMath signal in months.
Tom Campbell's 99th Fireside Chat landed the same week with the same quiet insistence: consciousness is the fundamental substrate. Reality is derived from it — not the other way around.
Coherence is not a state you achieve. It is a signal you learn to return to. The pause is not a break from the work. It is the most direct instrument you have for interacting with reality at its source. Three decades of science. One door.
When did you last pause long enough to hear your own signal?
🤖AI Signal — Stop Chatting. Start Building.
Erika Stanley dropped a new video this week with a direct challenge: women entrepreneurs are spending too much time chatting with AI and not enough time building with it. Rachel Woods is saying the same thing from a different angle — most people don't understand the difference between AI, agents, and skills, and that gap is quietly costing them real leverage. Kinsey Soderberg is showing exactly what the shift looks like in practice: automated playbook systems that generate polished client deliverables in under five minutes for pennies.
The message is unified this week. Conversation mode is training wheels. Systems mode is where the leverage lives.
For conscious founders, building intentionally means one more thing: encoding your values into the system before you deploy it. An agent that doesn't know what you stand for will amplify whatever you feed it — including the parts you haven't examined yet.
What are you still doing manually that a well-designed system could carry for you — without losing your voice in the process?
🦋 Mindfulness Signal — The Human Advantage Has Never Mattered More
By 2027, 90% of online content will be AI-generated. Mari Smith and Vishen Lakhiani both landed on this number this week — with the same conclusion. The 10% that carries genuine human presence becomes exponentially more rare and more valuable.
Tristan Harris adds the urgency. We have a 12 to 24 month window to decide what kind of AI world we want to live in before the arms race closes that option.
Your voice is not competing with AI. It is the thing AI cannot replicate. The inner work you have been doing — the reflection, the discernment, the slow practice of trusting your own signal — that is not separate from your AI strategy. In a world where anything can be generated, it is your strategy.
What are you doing to protect and amplify what only you can bring?
WHAT I'M PAUSING ON THIS WEEK
Last week I told you about skills — the modular building blocks of an AI content system. Each one does one specific job. Together, they work as a team.
This week, I hit the wall that actually taught me how to use them.
I ran out of limits on Claude mid-week. Pro plan. A little extra on top. Still not enough. So I got curious instead of frustrated and started experimenting.
I already had three research skills built — for AI influencers, mindfulness and AI, and spiritual technology. Each one is essentially a standing instruction: here's who to watch, what to look for, how to report back.
Every week I track 14 influencers across three categories — AI, Mindfulness + AI, and Spiritual Technology. I was running all three research reports right here in Claude. Three reports, 14 influencers, one very ambitious little system. It worked beautifully — right up until it didn't. Claude hit its limits, mid-week, every week, like clockwork. Turns out asking it to research 14 people sequentially while holding everything in context is a bit like asking someone to memorize the entire library before checking out a single book. Perplexity, it turns out, was built for exactly this — all 14 influencers in one Thursday run, parallel searches, lean extraction, done. Claude, bless its heart, was doing it the way I used to clean my home before guests arrived: touching everything, finishing nothing.
Claude keeps all my voice skills — the ones that know how I sound, what I stand for, who I'm writing for. The writing stays there. Same skill files. Just deployed to the right tool for the job.
Think of it like a small team on a shoestring budget. You don't ask the researcher to write the newsletter.
Curious what a skills file actually looks like? Reply with the word skills — and if enough of you ask, I'll put together a simple one-pager.
What would shift if you stopped expecting one tool to do everything?
If one signal from today stirred something — hit reply and tell me which one. I read every note.

One thing I'm un-optimizing this week: building before pausing.
